Iodelle Chinnery

is married and lives with her husband, two sons, and daughter in New York City. Iodelle was born on the Essequibo Coast of Guyana and migrated to the United States with her family in 1993. 

Iodelle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Brooklyn College and a Master of Science in Adult Education, Human Resources, and Leadership Development from Fordham University. 

Iodelle is also the Founder and CEO of Best Leaders’ Consulting LLC, a New York-based leadership and organizational development consulting firm specializing in helping leaders and organizations reach their full potential. 

Iodelle is an author, blogger, educator, public speaker, and event coordinator. She has serviced various communities in New York City for years as a program developer, consultant, and health educator. She aims to empower others through her writing, courses, conferences, and other events to reach their need for growth, productivity, credibility, and vision. 

Overall, Iodelle’s rubric is one of dedication and commitment to achieving excellence in fulfilling her life’s purpose and helping others do the same. She hopes that everyone will advance to become a leader in their calling.
